I'm a junior hurdler from Leander, Texas, working every day to be as fast as I can get.
I'm a 300m hurdler, and I've run hurdles since middle school. My 300m time has come down every year of high school: 49.12 as a freshman, 47.43 as a sophomore, 47.14 as a junior, and I usually run my fastest at the end of a season. This past year I made the decision to specialize in the 300m hurdles and step back from the 100m hurdles, both to manage a lower-leg tendonitis issue and to put my full focus on my best event. That choice, and the way I've kept improving, makes me certain the best of my journey is still ahead. I've decided to make track my focus going into college, and I'd love to keep growing while studying business.
Down every year of high school, and I tend to run my fastest at the end of each season, which makes me think there's more to come once I'm healthy and focused on track.

Her 47.14 already betters 50% of Division II athletes' times from when they were high-school seniors, and she runs it as a junior.

Girls Basketball, 2025-2026. Given for embodying the spirit of the Rouse Raiders. It recognizes how she shows up for her team, not a stat line, and it's the recognition I'm most proud of.
Academic All-District in 2026, and Academic Excellence in 2024 and 2025, earned in basketball every season while competing and training.
Placed Top 6 at the District 25-5A meet in the 100H, 300H, 4x400 relay, and high jump, and qualified on to the 2025 UIL 5A Area meet.
Team award for the biggest gains of the season, the same trainability that has dropped her 300H time every year since.
Three years of academic honors, while playing Varsity basketball, training as a hurdler, and taking AP and dual-credit college classes to get a head start on my degree.
I'm realistic about where my time places me today: I'm a strong fit at the D2 and D3 level right now, and I'd be excited to compete and contribute from the start. For D1 programs, I see myself as a development athlete worth watching as my senior season unfolds.

I've played basketball since middle school, and the way I show up there is the same way I show up at the track and in class: on time, drama-free, and trying to make the people around me better. Carrying two sports and a college-level course load at the same time has taught me how to manage my time and stay steady when things get full.
